Our client is a well-known Blue Chip organisation with operations in 16 counties.
This is an exciting opportunity for a full time Admin Team Leader to join a friendly team.

The successful candidate will earn a salary of £27,500 + generous quarterly bonusses.

The Admin Team Leader role is a level administrative support position for the Admin Manager in addition to supervising the administrative team. You should have experience of customer services and purchase ordering systems but full training will be given.
This position is based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Requirements of the role for an Admin Team Leader:

  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Excellent administrative skills (including Microsoft Packages)
  • Ability to react positively in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience of planning, organising, communicating effectively across all level internally and externally


Responsibilities of the role for an Admin Team Leader:
  • Supervising and Managing a team of up 12 administrative personnel
  • Overseeing Purchase Ordering process to ensure daily deliverables are met
  • Manage the priority of the incoming workloads and update the Admin Manager of any issues
  • Liaise internally with team members in other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support the team with ongoing training and development to ensure a multi skilled team
  • Planning
  • Maintaining high levels of communication with the department’s internal and external customers
  • Communicate directly across multiple platforms with clients and internal departments


Other Duties of the role of an Admin Team Leader:
  • Attend meetings as and when required.
  • Train team members according to on-going development plans.
  • Attend, 1-1s, supervisions and appraisals as required.
  • Adhere to all policies, processes and procedures particularly, but not exclusively, health and safety, confidentiality and equal opportunities.
  • Perform any other such duties as may, from time to time, be required to further the aims of the organisation and as directed by the Manager.
