Responsibilities:
* Using your vision and insight, you will be primarily responsible for setting and implementing the strategy across the operational areas of the Group including finance, compliance, risk and administration.
* Acting as the company’s main adviser on all issues relating to operational functions. You will be responsible for keeping up to speed on all development areas to enhance the groups competitive position.
* Leading a unified empowered operational team and measuring the efficiency of the company's operational processes.
* Monitoring, communicating and advising the group on relevant regulation and legislation, ensuing policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with the strategy, culture and vision.
* Developing and controlling operational budgets to ensure required resources are in-line with business objectives.

* Seasoned professional with diverse background (ideally finance, legal, compliance)
